Dustin O’Dell is a serial entrepreneur and data strategist with a track record of scaling transformative tech companies. He started at Experian before joining AdTheorent as the 6th employee, helping drive $120M+ in revenue and a $1B IPO. He co-founded Barometric (acquired) and later SymetrML, a real-time data collaboration & ML company. Today, he is Co-founder & CEO of Decentra Health, building the real-time intelligence layer for global healthcare.

Eric Faulkner is a seasoned healthcare executive and real-world evidence (RWE) expert with extensive experience in global drug development and market access. He has held leadership roles at Novartis Gene Therapies, where he led RWE strategy for Zolgensma, as well as at PPD and IQVIA. Throughout his career, Eric has contributed to over 50 drug approvals, bringing deep expertise in value, access, and evidence generation to the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Chris Hendriksz is a globally recognized expert in rare diseases and inborn errors of metabolism, with over two decades of experience in clinical leadership, research, and medical education. He has held pivotal roles, including Global Clinical Development Lead for Rare Diseases at Nestlé Health Science, where he spearheaded innovative pharmaceutical developments.

In the UK, Dr. Hendriksz led rare disease centers at Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing care for extensive patient populations. His academic contributions include appointments as Extraordinary Professor at North-West University and the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

Currently serving as Chief Community Impact Officer at A Rare Cause, Dr. Hendriksz is dedicated to advancing rare disease education and building diagnostic networks in over 50 countries, particularly focusing on low- and middle-income regions. He has authored more than 250 publications, significantly contributing to the field of lysosomal storage disorders and rare disease management.
